About Church of the Cross of Miracles
The devour of Cruz dos Milagres the supernatural Cross will be held at Monte de Boa Vista, Old Goa on February 23. Individuals visit the hillock on each twenty third to praise the Apparition of Jesus on the Cross which happened on February 23 out of 1619. Close to the demolished community of the Congregation of the Oratory of St Philip Neri a mass is held and uncommon supplications are said. Aficionados are served canji, reminiscent of the past when Fr Joseph Vaz served the eager lovers in Ceylon, the present Sri Lanka. There are plan to repair this religious community to build up the Renewal Center of the Archdiocese.
Enter the Se Cathedral at Old Goa and walk somewhere in the range of 50 meters from the primary entryway and to the correct confronting the fundamental sacred place you will see the phenomenal huge dark wooden cross encased in another cross with just a little opening at the base so fans can kiss it.
