• keyboard_double_arrow_right * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right If cancelled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, no retention will be charged and if cancelled within 14 days of arrival there will be full retention charges.
