Early morning breakfast. Drive 135 kms, 5 to 6 hours/’ drive. Reach Lachen late afternoon early evening. The snow-capped peaks, the Shingbha wild life sanctuary, Gurudongmar Lake, Thangu are the major attraction. It/’s a valley surrounded by gigantic and humbling snow peak mountains and the starting point of Green Lake Trek. Check into a hotel. Evening free to stroll and visit the Lepcha Village. EXCURSION TO GURUDONGMAR LAKE & TRANSFER TO LACHUNG:
Early morning breakfast. Visit to Gurudongmar Lake 55 kms, 2/½ to 3/½ hour/’s drive. A valley at an altitude of 11, 800 feet through which Lachen Chu flows. After lunch drive to Lachung - The region is fully covered with Rhododendron Forest and Thangu as the other places of interest. Back to hotel for lunch. After lunch proceed to Lachung. Nearly 50 kms and two hours/’ drive. Evening free to stroll and visit Lachung Monastery. Overnight stay at Lachung.

Early Morning after breakfast drive for 24 km to Yumthang-valley (known as Valley of Flowers), Yumthang is the summer grazing ground of the Yaks & winter playgrounds of Yetis. Back to hotel for lunch & drive for Gangtok, enroot witness the wonderful Bheema & Twin Falls. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

DEPARTURE FROM GANGTOK:
