Night Safari

Chiang Mai Night Safari is a nocturnal zoo situated in Chiang Mai in Thailand. It is the world’s second night safari after famous singapore Night Safari. It is spread over 320 acre annd cares for approx 1400 plus animals from over 200 species of animals from several continents. Chaing Mai Night Safari is considered as the most beautiful Night Safari in the world. It can be visited in the after noon too, but it is best enjoyed during night.

The night time area is split into 2 zones, the Savanna Safari Zone and the Predator Prowl Zone are open from 6pm till midnight on daily basis.

Various activities that can be done here-

1. Digital zoo- It shows information about animal by digital tools laser gun, 3D POP UP, multi touch table, hologram, 3D motion picture etc.
2. Night Safari- In this activity the visitor will travel by bus to visit two animal zones. First, the visitors will go to the Savanna Zone to see animals such as giraffes, zebras and kangaroos. Next at the Predator Zone to see many predators such as tigers, lions and hyenas.
3. Day safari - In this activity visitors will travel by bus to visit the Carnivore Zone and the Predator Zone. First, visitors will go to carnivore Zone will give food to animal. Then at the Predator Zone, it not safe zone that’s why visitor’s don’t go close to animlas.
4. Behind the zoo- It give chance to learn about taking care of animals.
5. Jaguar Trail Zone- Here visitor can learn about animals by themselves.
