Palmerston North

Palmerston North is a metropolis inside the North Island of New Zealand and the seat of the Manawatu-Wanganui location. Located within the eastern Manawatu Plains, the city is close to the north bank of the Manawatu River, 35 km from the river's mouth, and 12 km from the end of the Manawatu Gorge, about one hundred forty km north of the capital, Wellington.
