Tower of Trongsa Royal Heritage Museum

This watchtower ta dzong disregarding the dzong now houses a brilliant historical center. The five stories of showcases center around Buddhist workmanship and imperial memorabilia, including such fluctuated treasures as the 500-year-old coat of Ngagi Wangchuk and the football boots utilized by the teenaged fourth ruler. You can drive here or stroll up a precarious staircase from town.
The most sacrosanct religious thing is a duplicate of the Padma Kathang, a memoir of Guru Rinpoche composed by his associate Yeshe Tsogyel. There are two lhakhangs inside the Ta Dzong; the Gesar Lhakhang is devoted to the nineteenth century penlop of Trongsa, Jigme Namgyal.
